This November we will be popping up at different locations in Utica with more of our free workshops! In this series, funded in part by a grant from the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute, we’re excited to explore the many different ways that creative reuse skills can help to prevent pollution!

UTICA CREATIVE REUSE FREE WORKSHOPS, NOVEMBER 2024
All workshops are free to the public and designed to teach skills and techniques for reuse and repair! Materials are provided by Utica Creative Reuse.

WREATH MAKING

Learn about the art of flower arranging and reusing faux flowers to create a wreath.

Learn basic hand-stitching techniques for mending and repairing holes or tears in fabric and clothing

Bring your broken household appliance to the Repair Café where our experienced instructors will help you work on fixing it for free! Learn skills for diagnosing and repairing common electrical problems.
