Donations of arts & crafts materials in good condition are accepted on Fridays from 11am-4pm, or by appointment. Please check our list of accepted materials, and send us a message if you have any questions.

Sales from our thrift shop fund our operational costs and help support our free arts programming. Join us for a free event in June to learn a new creative skill in a supportive community of other makers!
Tuesday 6/17, 6-8pm: Finding and Cleaning Objects for Art
Come for a walk with us and learn how to collect interesting objects, and how to clean different kinds of materials so that they can be used in art

Tuesday 6/24, 6-8pm: 2-D Sculpture Collage
Explore composition and assemblage techniques to create a sculptural collage of found-objects

Saturday 6/21, 12-2pm: Natural Dyes from Food Waste
Learn how to use food waste to create natural dyes and create a small tie-dye project.

Thursday 6/26, 6-8pm: Repair Cafe
Bring a broken item and our volunteers will help you learn how to fix it!

Saturday 6/14, 4pm – 6pm: Art Club
Join us for the 3rd meeting of Utica’s Art Club. This time, we’re inviting you to draw or paint your favorite song! Bring a sketchbook, canvas, or other material to work on! All other materials provided.
