Liability Waiver: By checking this box, I understand and acknowledge that participating in Utica Creative Reuse activities may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, the risk of injury, property damage, or loss. I assume all risks known or unknown in UCR activities. By signing this Waiver, I release and discharge UCR, its affiliates, members, managers, partners, beneficiaries, vendors, contractors, employees, officers, owners, shareholders, agents, contractors, attorneys, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, invitees, guests, permittees, assigns and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, personal injuries, death, actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, agreements, promises, damages, judgements, executions, claims, demands, expenses, and costs, whether at contract, at law, admiralty, or in equity, arising out of or in connection with my participation in UCR activities and events which I had, now have, or may have, known or unknown, against UCR. I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal property and any tools or equipment brought to UCR, and UCR shall not be liable for special, incidental, punitive, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, personal injuries, death, losses, costs, expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, any loss or damage to personal property arising out of or in any manner connected with UCR, UCR materials, and my use and/or misuse of UCR materials. I understand and acknowledge that I have read this Waiver and fully understand its terms. By signing this Waiver of liability, I agree to comply with all of UCR’s rules, regulations, and guidelines. All representations, warranties and agreements made herein shall survive the execution and delivery of this Waiver.
