Our Creative Reuse Workshop Series continues, with more ways to reduce waste by reusing, repairing, and making art! Join us for a FREE workshop:
- Register: 12/6 Repair Cafe: Bring your broken household appliance to the Repair Cafe and learn skills for diagnosing and repairing common electrical problems.
- Register: 12/11 Scrappy Ornaments: Use scraps of yarn and fabric to get creative and create one-of-a-kind holiday ornaments!
- Register: 12/14 Found Object Sculpture: Learn sculptural and assemblage techniques to create a work of art using found objects
- Register: 12/20 Repair Cafe: Bring your broken household appliance to the Repair Cafe and learn skills for diagnosing and repairing common electrical problems.

Volunteer with Utica Creative Reuse!
We’re actively seeking a storefront where we can house our organization, so that our shop can be open to the public more regularly, and so we can host more events. You can learn more about our organizational goals in our quarterly reports. While we work out the details of finding a space, we’d like to invite you to sign up to volunteer with us!
Do you love sorting, organizing, or decorating? Are you handy with tools? Do you have specific knowledge or skills related to arts, crafts, or making stuff? Do you want to teach a workshop? Are you just happy to lend a hand at an event?
If you’re interested in helping to advance our mission in the community by contributing your time or talents in any way, we would love to have your help!
